The Ignacy Jan Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań Visit to HKAPA 波蘭帕德萊夫斯基音樂學院訪問香港演藝學院

A Poland delegation The Ignacy Jan Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań visited the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) on October 23, 2018.

The Office introduced HKAPA to the delegation and arranged a guided tour to them. Professor Nancy Yuen, Head of Vocal Studies, met with the delegation to enhance the academic exchange in vocal studies while Professor Clarence Mak, Associate Dean of the School of Music, and Professor Yiu Song Lam, Head of Woodwind, Brass and Percussion, gave a detailed introduction on teaching and learning of School of Music and conducted academic exchange with the delegation. The delegation had also visited the class and watched students’ practice. At the end, members of the delegation met with Professor Walter, Adrian, AM, Director of HKAPA, to have an in-depth discussion on the development of music education, student recruitment as well as student training.

波蘭帕德萊夫斯基音樂學院 (The Ignacy Jan Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań) 師生於 2018 年 10 月 23 日到訪參觀香港演藝學院，與我院老師會晤交流及觀賞我院學生練習表演。

我院同事簡單介紹了香港演藝學院，及帶領到訪人員參觀了香港演藝學院後台設施等。演藝學院聲樂系主任阮妙芬教授亦與到訪師生交流。其後眾人觀賞我院音樂學院學生課堂練習表演，音樂學院副院長麥偉鑄教授及木管樂、銅管樂及敲擊樂系主任姚桑琳教授亦向到訪師生詳細介紹了音樂學院在教學培訓等情况。最後，華道賢校長與到訪師生會晤，大家對學院在未來音樂教育的發展、收生及學生培訓等各領域作深入交流。
